What we’re looking for

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099).

Ideal for a new grad or early-career DC who is passionate about learning, growth, and patient impact.

You value integrated, whole-body care — not just adjustments, but nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness support.

You’re self-motivated, coachable, and driven — ready to build your own practice footprint under a supportive umbrella.

What you get

Generous compensation model — Year 1: 60/40 split (Doctor/Clinic), rising to 70/30 (Year 2) and 70–75/25 (Year 3+). No earning ceiling.
Full support infrastructure — treatment rooms, front desk & billing, EHR, scheduling, marketing support, and mentorship.

What we expect from you

Deliver exceptional, evidence-informed chiropractic care with integrity and empathy.
Complete thorough, compliant documentation.
Participate in outreach and patient education efforts (optional but encouraged).
Embody LiveWell7 values: warmth, professionalism, whole-person wellness, and a servant’s heart.

Maintain your own Florida DC license + malpractice coverage.
